Shipping policy
Free Delivery
At TruckSpares365, all online orders over £80 (excluding VAT) delivered to addresses in England and Wales qualify for free tracked delivery, so your parts arrive safely and promptly at no extra cost to you.
Orders received before 3:00pm are usually dispatched the same day, and most arrive within 2 working days via Royal Mail or ParcelForce. All delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by courier delays.
Delivery Options and Charges
England and Wales (30kg or under)
- Standard Delivery (2–3 working days): £5.99 (ex VAT)
- Express Delivery (next working day): £19.99 (ex VAT). Only available on orders placed before 12pm and subject to stock availability. Although many express orders arrive the next working day, we cannot guarantee this.
- Free Delivery: Available on all orders over £80 (ex VAT)
Scotland (30kg or under)
- Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £7.99 (ex VAT)
Northern Ireland (30kg or under)
- Standard Delivery (2–4 working days): £11.99 (ex VAT)
Certain heavy or oversized items may have shipping restrictions or extra delivery charges when sent to Northern Ireland. If this applies to your order, we will contact you before dispatch to explain and discuss the options available to you.
Heavy or Oversized Items over 30kg (England, Wales and Scotland)
Items weighing more than 30kg need a specialist delivery service. Charges for this service start at £20.00 (ex VAT) and may vary depending on the weight and delivery location. We will contact you before dispatch to explain and discuss the options available.
Pallet Delivery
Pallet deliveries are charged from £30.00 (ex VAT).
Back-Order Items
If an item is on back order, we will dispatch it on the next working day once the stock reaches our warehouse. Delivery times may vary depending on supplier availability, and we will tell you the estimated dispatch date when you place your order.
Special Order Items
Special order items are made or sourced specifically for your order. Delivery may take several working days, depending on stock availability. We will give you an estimated delivery timeframe when we confirm your order.
Please be aware that special order items cannot be returned or refunded. Once an order for a special order item has been placed and processed, it cannot be cancelled, returned or exchanged.
Tracking
Every order is sent using a tracked delivery service. Once your order has shipped, your tracking number will be emailed to you automatically.
Overseas and Non-Mainland UK Deliveries
We are able to deliver overseas. For a shipping quote to any destination outside the UK Mainland, please email office@truckspares365.com. We will find the most cost-effective shipping option for your location.
Order Processing and Delivery Timeframes
We process orders within one working day. Deliveries to the UK Mainland normally arrive within 1–2 working days. Orders going to the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and other offshore locations may take an extra 2–4 working days and do not qualify for free delivery.
We do not process, ship or deliver orders at weekends or on public holidays, although smaller Royal Mail parcels can occasionally arrive on a Saturday.
Please note: Free delivery applies only to orders under 30kg delivered to the UK Mainland.
Delays and High Order Volumes
On rare occasions when order volumes are unusually high, dispatch may be delayed. Wherever possible, we will let you know about any delay before your order is completed.
Lost or Missing Parcels
If your order shows as delivered but you have not received it, please email office@truckspares365.com and we will open an investigation with the courier. This can take up to three working days. We will not send a replacement while the investigation is under way, because parcels are often found and delivered during this time. A refund or replacement can only be issued once the parcel has been officially confirmed as missing.
